Payments and Credits Credits are non-refundable unless required by law. Credits may expire according to the purchased plan. Pricing may change at any time. Generated Content Users retain ownership of content they generate, subject to compliance with these Terms. AigenSushi may suspend or remove content that violates our policies. Limitation of Liability AigenSushi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform. Digital Services and AI Credits Because AigenSushi provides digital products, AI-generated services, and instant access to platform features, all purchases are generally considered final. Non-Refundable Purchases The following purchases are non-refundable: AI Credits Subscription Fees Reseller Plans White Label Services Promotional or Discounted Purchases Credits already used or partially used Subscription Cancellation Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period already paid. Your access will remain active until the end of the subscription term. Duplicate Charges If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
